A day at BA112 Reims-Champagne,

An arrival we where greeted by a pilot who was going to be our host for the day. Luckily for us he knew exactly what we photographers wanted little talk and a lot of action.
During the course of the day it was possible to take pictures at several point including landing, take off and roller. On the platform we where able to take some nice pictures during start-up and departure.
During the whole day taking pictures was on the mind of our host making this one of the best visits I had for years in France.

Based at Reims-Champagne is EC.33. Consisting out of three units EC 1/33 Belfort and EC 2/33 Savoie based at Reims-Champagne flying the Mirage F1CR.
And EC 4/33 Vexin based at Djiboute flying the Mirage 2000C and D.
The units at Reims-Champagne consist out of three escadrille
EC 1/33 with:
1° escadrille: SAL 33 "Hache d'A.Bordage"
2° escadrille: EALA 9/72 "Petit Prince"
3° escadrille: BR 244 "Léopard"
EC 2/33 with:
1° escadrille: SAL 6 "Mouette rhénane"
2° escadrille: BR 11 "Cocotte de gueules"
3° escadrille: C 53 "Fanion"
